Deposit:

A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.  The deposit is refunded if re-rented, less 20% administrative costs.
Not included in the rental rates is a $500.00 refundable damage deposit
and a Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 10%.
